Handling of Personal Information

Purpose of Use

We use your name, contact information, company name, consultation details, consent records, submission timestamps, and communication metadata to respond to inquiries and prevent spam/unsolicited submissions.

External Services

We utilize AI to review submitted content, and cloud business services for storage and internal notifications. Information sent to the AI includes company names, inquiry text, and any personal information contained therein.

Service providers (Location / Disclosed Processing Regions), privacy policies, and protective measures:

  • Delivery/Distribution: Cloudflare (USA / Worldwide)
  • Storage: Supabase (Singapore / Singapore, USA, etc.)
  • AI: TypeSafe AI, Inc. (USA / USA, etc.)
  • Communications: Slack (Ireland / USA, Australia, Canada, Japan, India, South Korea, etc.), Chatwork / kubell (Japan / USA, Vietnam, China, etc.)

Due to distributed processing and sub-contracting, it is not possible to specify all processing countries in advance. Legal systems differ from Japan's, such as sectoral and state laws in the United States, and the PDPA in Singapore. Please also refer to the Legal Systems of Foreign Countries (Personal Information Protection Commission). Please review and agree to the above policies, safeguards, and legal frameworks—including international transfers of data—before submitting.

Storage and Inquiries

We retain data for the period necessary to handle communications, manage business interactions, and prevent unauthorized activity, restricting access appropriately. Any data that is no longer needed will be systematically deleted.

For notifications of purpose of use, disclosure, corrections, suspension of use, deletion, cessation of provision to third parties, disclosure of third-party transfer records, or complaints, please reach out via our Contact Form with your name, date/time of submission, and requested action. After verifying your identity or authorized representation, we will respond without delay in accordance with applicable laws. If we are unable to fulfill your request, we will explain the reason; no fees are charged for these requests.

Website Access Analytics

Regardless of whether an inquiry is submitted, this website automatically aggregates views of public pages, traffic source categories (such as search, social media, and direct visits), screen width categories (smartphone width vs. PC width), on-page scrolling, link clicks, and the distribution of click positions. This data is used to improve website usability and user navigation toward products and inquiries.

In our proprietary access analytics, we do not store measurement identifiers in Cookies or localStorage; instead, we use temporary validation tokens issued with each page view. These validation tokens expire in 30 minutes. Full traffic source URLs, search terms or tracking parameter values in URLs, names, email addresses, inquiry message content, form inputs, and IP addresses are not stored in this proprietary aggregation.

Analytics processing is handled on Cloudflare's Workers, D1, and KV infrastructure. For information handling associated with Cloudflare's telecommunications and services, please also check the Cloudflare Privacy Policy. View and activity counts, as well as click positions, are retained continuously as aggregated data that does not identify individual users.

We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to aggregate public page loading and rendering performance. No user-identifying Cookies are added for this measurement. Administrative dashboards and private previews are excluded, and the script is not loaded if a page or traffic source URL contains search parameters or fragment identifiers. Opt-out settings on this page and Global Privacy Control signals are also respected.

In addition, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google) and Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft). These services handle identifiers such as Cookies, viewed pages, traffic sources, device and browser information, and user interaction details. Sent to Google Analytics are the page URL (excluding search parameters and fragment identifiers), the referring domain, and classifications of scrolling and link clicks toward products and inquiries. Google signals for advertising and ad personalization are not used. Names, email addresses, form entries, order numbers, and reference numbers are never attached to analytics events.

Microsoft Clarity is used for click and scroll heatmaps, as well as session recordings that reconstruct viewed screens and operational flows. Balanced text masking is enabled, and form field entries are not collected. Clarity is not loaded on screens where URLs contain search parameters or fragment identifiers, nor when traffic source URLs contain them. Administrative dashboards and private previews are also excluded. Consequently, not all visits are observed under the exact same scope.

Transmissions to both services involve information necessary for communication, such as IP addresses. For details on how each company handles this data and how to opt out, please also review How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services, the Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on, and the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Region-appropriate service-side consent modes are implemented, and consent signals are not automatically transmitted for visitors in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland. In regions where consent has not been obtained, the use of Cookies and session recording may be restricted, which can result in missing measurement data.

Administrative dashboards, unpublished drafts, signed confirmation URLs, and form inputs are excluded from analysis. Furthermore, completed purchases on separate-domain online stores and completed submissions on dedicated inquiry forms are not determined solely by on-site clicks.

In the management dashboard for site operations, items such as the number of submissions via dedicated inquiry forms are reviewed in aggregates categorized by date and processing status. Names, email addresses, message text, and reference numbers are not linked to access analytics data. Because total stored records include entries flagged as spam or pending quality evaluation, they are differentiated from valid business opportunities and successfully delivered notifications.

You can disable analytics in this browser using the "Stop Access Analytics" option on this page. To remember your opt-out preference, a Cookie that does not contain any identifying ID will be stored for one year. Analytics are also withheld when a Global Privacy Control opt-out signal is sent from your browser. Even if analytics are disabled, browsing the website and accessing links for purchases or inquiries remain fully available.

If additional bot verification or assignment Cookies are employed for limited navigation comparison tests, they will only be implemented after their measurement policies, retention periods, and services used are determined separately. Standard access aggregations and verified data required for comparison adoption decisions are kept separate.

Measurement Policy for Limited Testing

To compare the placement of purchase links across published top pages and articles, we measure page views, referral clicks to the store, and temporary assignment information for eligible visits from Japan. Cookies are used to maintain your assignment during the comparison, and Cloudflare Turnstile is used for bot protection. Names, contact information, and form submissions are not included in this measurement. You can opt out by opening "About Access Measurement & Opt-out Settings" and selecting "Opt out on this browser". We also respect GPC signals.
