Case Studies

An eye-catching treat visitors can't resist snapping on street-food promenades. A show-stopping centerpiece that greets you the moment you open an ekiben train bento box.

What kind of creations come to life when Fukayama Farm's shiitake mushrooms meet creative culinary ideas and professional product development expertise? Here are two real-world case studies showcasing how our partners are using them.

Case Study 1: Tourist Destination Street Food Vendor

Simply grill and serve pre-topped shiitake mushrooms.

A street food shop in a popular tourist destination serves our "Giant Kaiju Shiitake - Supreme All-Toppings -" (Kyodai Kaiju Shiitake - Shiko no Zenbunose -).

Fukayama Farm delivers fully topped items, allowing the shop to simply grill and serve them on-site. The vendor manages the location, staffing, customer service, and daily operations.

The visual impact of generous toppings piled onto massive shiitake mushrooms catches customers' eyes and tempts them to try one. It has become a smash-hit tourist attraction item, selling hundreds of pieces a day. Buy it, snap a photo, and savor the flavor—a street-food delight made to be enjoyed in the moment.
